God
wanted me to have a rubberband

One of the ways to always stay
continually blessed by God is to always glorify Him in
everything that you do or say.
As I was going out the door yesterday
to pick up a friend named Fred. I wanted to bring with me about
fifty of my new WOWFaith Ministry business cards that I pass
out to people where our paths crosses each other in our blessed
destiny together.
I looked and I looked and I could not
find a single rubberband in the house, I knew if I did not
have a rubberband to wrap around the business cards that sooner or
later they will be scattered all over my vehicle.
I even asked my family members before
I walked out the door. Because I was running late, I decided to take
the cards with me without anything to hold them
together, praying God will provide all my needs.
From that moment, it only took no
more than around ten minutes to drive over and pick up my
friend at his place who needed to get some money out of
the bank that he owed me. I decided to wait outside the bank and
park at the only parking place that had shade over the entire
parking spot thanks to a nice big tree that was growing right along
side it.
When he was done with the bank, he
got inside my vehicle and to my surprise he handed me the money he
owed me with a rubber band wrapped around it.
Since my friend did not know that I
needed a rubberband and I knew the bank did not give him a
rubberband, I asked him where did he get it.
He just happened to have one, and
instead of just handing me the money so that I could count it and
then put it in my wallet. I had to take the blessed rubberband that
God wanted me to have so that we could praise Him for it.
Before this day, I have never
received a rubberband in years from someone else for any reason,
including by any financial transaction.
To show my friend Fred how amazing
God is, I told him that I was going to call my wife Lesa
on the cell phone right in front of him as we were sitting in the
vehicle and simply ask her one question; "what was the last thing
that I had asked you for as I was going out the door and to tell
Fred what it was"
To some, this may be an amazing
coincidence, that may be true if it happens three or four times. But
when it happends literally hundreds of times in your life, you know
who to give the glory too.
Remember what I needed the rubberband
for?
To wrap my Ministry business cards
that I was going to hand out to people who needed to leave their
prayer request as well for God to be a blessing in their
lives.
God has always been there for me, and
He will be there for you. He protected me when I fell out of my
fathers car while my dad was driving me down the
freeway, and my car door opened with me being run over
with me going under the rear tires of my dad's car, God has
blessed me through countless situations where their was no other
reason for me to be alive except for the miracle and for the grace
of God, and He wants to do the same for you.
Remember, everything is for God's
glory, so stay blessed and give God His glory, even for the little
things like a rubberband, and He will bless you with bigger
things throughout your destiny.
Everything comes from God alone, Everything
lives by his power, and everything is for his glory." Romans 11:36
