Be
blessed
Doing
it God's Way
With Reverend
Michael Cartwright
Let's find out
what God means when he says that He will never leave you
or forsake you
God will hear your prayers and He
will Vindicate you
"If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would
not have listened; but God has surely listened and heard my
voice in prayer." Psalm
66:18-19
My life is not without bitter sweet sorrow over
some of the foolish choices and mistakes that I have made. I know it
is God's Will to use me to help others to stay out of trouble
and to hear it from someone like me who has made bad choices and I
hope that I can make a positive difference in their lives. As well
as to help those whose spirits are crushed as they go through their
own adversities in their personal lives, or someone else's that they
care about. Who really need to hear if from someone who has been
their and proven that God's Word always works and that He will never
leave them or forsake them.
"I will never leave you or forsake you." Hebrews
13:5
Of the hundredths of times that God
has triumphed over every obstacle in my life
and blessed me to total victory. There were two times in my
life, both that happened approximately 30 years ago, that
challenged where I stood with my faith-walk with God, with the
prospect of me losing my freedom.
"These trials are only to test your
faith, to see whether or not it is strong
and pure, It is being tested as fire tests gold and purifies it-and
your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold; so if your
faith remains strong after being tried in the test tube of fiery
trials, it will bring you much praise and glory on the day of his
return." 1 Peter
1:7
How can we truly glorify God,
and share His victories and triumph's in
our lives, if if we don't share with others what He has done for you
in the lowest moments of your lives and what He wants to do for
others?
"Jesus said, "In this world you will have trouble. But
take heart! I have overcome the world."
John 16:33
Whatever
adversity that you are praying for God to triumph over in your
personal life. No matter how overwhelming your circumstances may
look like, remember we cannot please God without using our
faith.
"But without faith it is
impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe
that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek
him." Hebrews 1:6
Use your
faith and praise God before you see any evidence of His
divine blessing, No matter how big your problems are, God is
always a bigger God than any problem that you will ever have. It
could be that you need to be vindicated, or you or a loved one needs
great healing in your life, or your asking God to
supply your financial needs or that you pray for God
to spare your loved one or your life life from a terrible
tragedy.
"The
Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this
time forth, and even for ever more." Psalm 121: 7-8
And once we start to see the blessings in
our lives, It's important that we leave the signs of wonder in
Jesus hand's.
It's important that we do not stay focused on
the redemption but on the Redeemer! When we start to see
miracles in our lives, it's so important for us to not dwell on
the miracle but on the Miracle worker
Jesus!
"Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord
delivereth him out of them all." Psalm 34:19
God believes in you
