Let's find out
what God says is our purpose
Our
purpose is to save souls, not lose
them
Some Church leaders and their
members panic when a new Church opens up close to them,
and they start to lose a few members to them. Even when Pastor
Joel Osteen opened up the largest mega Church in America just a few
months ago. He mentioned how he did not understand how other
Churches could speak negatively against his Church. Pastor Osteen
said he thought our purpose was to glorify God and not tear down
each other.

How can a Church say that they are doing it
God's way, if they try to be an obstacle in letting God shape
someone's life to move from one place to another to glorify His Will
and where He needs them to be for a particular purpose. Even if it's
to another Church. Doing God's work and His way are not
determined by us trying to keep our members within a 25 mile radius
of our congregation. And would not God send someone else to take
this person's place if we truly have faith in Him?
How
many souls have been lost?
Over the years,
how many millions of souls have been lost because of this.
Because it is from here that millions of believers and
many more unbelievers can use this hypocritical conduct as a
excuse for not coming to Church because of conduct unbecoming of a
Christian.
I believe that there
are no accidents or coincidence in our lives and if we just
learn to have faith that God is in
total control of our destiny and our future in the growth of our
Church and believe that God does want us to live our lives at the
highest level and not live a life of mediocrity.
May our character always
be a blessing in glorifying God in everything that we say
and do and not an obstacle to winning souls for God.
