words
How our words
can bless us or curse
us
"Jesus said:
I tell you this that you must give an account on judgment
day of every idle word that you speak." Matthew
12:36
Just like our actions can
cause ourselves to either be blessed or be cursed, so are
the very words that we speak.
Some people ask,
Michael how can a few words out of our mouth really cause us to
be cursed or blessed?
I believe that words can do just as much
if not more psychological damage to a child than physical
damage alone. Physical wounds can heal, but our words can scar
our loved ones as well as others emotionally and can be carried with
us as mental luggage through out our life time . Our words
have the power to build up as well as destroy the self-esteem and
self-confidence of a child for life. Our mental institutions are
full of people who have not recovered from being dramatizing from
this kind of abuse. Words can be a blessing or a curse to ourselves
or to others.
I'm reminded of just how many wars have
been caused and how many lives have been lost and senseless blood
shed due to the exchange of mere words.
Just how important are words to
God?
"For when he but
spoke, the world began! It appeared at his command!" Psalm
33:9
"Let everything that
he has made give praise to him. For he issued his command, and they
came into being; Psalm 148:5
When God says that he is preparing a place for us for
all eternity, we should thank God that he created words to
be "Action" instead of just "A meaningless exchange of verbal
sounds!"
When God said that he will give us anything
that we ask, He did not just say the good things that we ask for.
"Whosoever...shall believe that those things which he saith
shall come to pass...shall have whatsoever he saith" Mark
11:23
After many weeks of fasting, how did Jesus
rebuke Satan? He spoke words from the scriptures. "Then
saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou
shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve."
Matthew 4:10
One
way to understand how our words and actions can be passed down
through out our family line for generations as a blessing or
a curse is the same way that certain diseases are passed down. If
someone sees that a certain disease is being passed down from
generation to generation. They could assume that
it's hereditary in our gene pool. When in fact the disease
could be from our identical bad diet being passed down from
generation to generation that causes the
disease.
It's
the same way how we respond to how we treat other people including
our family members. If we treat the women in our lives in a negative
way both verbally and physically. We should look back and see if
it's the same identical way that we grew up in the past on how
we treat others. I believe that we can break this curse such as
spousal abuse or anger issues if we give it to the Lord.
If there are people out
there that does not think that this is a curse or a
blessing issue needs to see the heart of a child growing up
under these dramatic conditions of verbal and physical abuse.
When God helps take this curse away from
their family and replaces it with unconditional love, tranquillity
and security. Ask the child if this is not a blessing in their
lives.
This very important topic of how our very
words have the power to either bless us or curse us will take many
pages to put it in the right perspective spiritually and will be
coming soon! Always use words of life and faith and not death, doubt
and fear to your family and loved ones and see what a
difference that it makes in your life. Love your
teenager
Another very important topic
that concerns how we are held accountable with the words that we
speak. That can cause curses to come into our lives Is what I call
"Perfect lies or Perception of the Truth.
It's where, If enough people can make others
believe their lies or perception is true, that soon it becomes
accepted truth.
Satan, the greatest liar and the father of
all lies know that if a rumor can exist long enough, that it is no
longer viewed as a rumor but is perceived as something
true.
Satan convinced one third of all the
angels to go to war against God. Satan and those in heaven who
tried to convince others of these lies, rumors and false perceptions
that Satan should replace God are held accountable for
this and are forever cursed to the bottomless pit.

throw God but failed to crucified and murdered this way.
May our heart's always carry God's
truth!
